Want to start running?

Our coaches have years of experience into running. We notice a lot of people don't know how to run or even how to start. So we decided to create a healthy structure to get everyone to run safely. 

 

We teach you proper technique, breathing, warm up, cooldown, stretching with a specific training program. This is all necessary for a painfree experience and successful running adventure. 

Classes will happen on Wednesdays and Saturdays at Parc Du Cinquantenaire.
