Hi, my name is Steve Vandebos, and I am a fitness and health enthusiast. I have played all kinds of sports from a young age and made this my career by following a Master’s degree in 2003 in Physical Education with specialisation in Training and Coaching at the University of Brussels.
Apart from my expertise in human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, biometrics and their influence in movement and action, I have an extensive knowledge of nutrition and strength training. I help my clients with body transformation and reaching their fitness goals such as weight loss, muscle gain and toning.
Since January 2019, I'm the owner of Fitness Zone where I continue my daily mission to make my clients fitter, stronger and better than ever.
The mission at Fitness Zone is to make each training session enjoyable, fun and most of all effective for the client. The training programmes are tailored to client's individual requirements, and I will always make sure I go the extra mile for them.
I believe that personal training is more than just exercise, it’s about helping people improve their lifestyles and the way they feel about themselves. My clients’ goals are as important as my own, and together we will nail them!
